We match the system to the room. A cocktail hour for forty in a private dining room needs something very different from a four-hundred-person reception in a ballroom, and putting the wrong system in either one is the fastest way to a night of feedback, dead spots, and speeches nobody can hear. Tell us the venue, the guest count, and the kind of night you want, and we will specify a setup that fits it.
Your rental includes the speakers, mixer, microphones, and cabling sized for your space, plus delivery, setup, sound check, and breakdown at the end of the night. We arrive early enough to test everything properly and stay reachable through the event if anything needs adjusting.
Wireless handheld and lapel microphones are available for toasts, ceremonies, and presentations, along with uplighting and dance floor lighting if you want the room to change character as the evening goes on. If you have booked your own DJ, we are happy to supply and run the system for them.
